Coca-Cola: Recipe for wonder
CAMPAIGN SUMMARY:
Three simple, essential ingredients - the moment of connection, the meal and an ice-cold Coca‑Cola; combine to create a “recipe for magic” when friends and family gather around the table. That’s the core message behind Coca‑Cola’s global campaign, which we renamed to “real wonder” in Nigeria, per regulatory constraints.
In a typical Nigerian family, the matriarch calls the shots, particularly with family meals. For the campaign, we dialed up this truth showing a family settling down for a meal which gets ruined by the exuberant son’s antics. We see the mom really getting into the role as she shows her disappointment in the son with ease and a confidence born from a mastery of her craft. Coca-Cola comes in to save the day, ensuring the wonder still stays at the dining table.
